I am the owner of Georgia Doll Events, and my real name actually is Georgia Doll. After planning my own wedding in 2017 and having doors slammed in my face for being queer, I decided it was time to become a part of the solution. GDE was founded on the basis of being a safe space for ALL couples and humans wanting to put on an event. Discrimination has no place here; we love to love and we love to party with the best of humankind.  

When I’m not working, you can usually find me with my gorgeous wife and two rambunctious puppies. Either exploring new hiking trails with our family or cuddled up with the book of the week and a fresh cup of tea. I love boat days with my bestie, attending events with my local humane society, and monthly book club meetings in the city.

WHAT WE DO

From general day of coordination to full service planning, we really cover it all. Every event gets a fully customised timeline meticulously created with your goals in mind. We coordinate with your other vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page and expectations are appropriately set and achieved. You are given access to our network of vendor recommendations and we help create your dream team. Throughout the lead up to your event, you will have our support every step of the way. By the time your event day arrives, we have you so prepared that all you need to do is enjoy yourself! We even handle those pesky drunk uncles!

PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP

This business is growing! While we are adding some new team members, every single client will still get the personal relationship with me. I will create your timeline, be at your meetings, and be your main point of communication. My team is here to support me AND you to provide you with the best service!  I absolutely love hearing from you as you pick out your wedding dresses and suits, find that perfect cake flavour, or get those print worthy engagement pictures.
